Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ajna application and related services (the "Service") provided by Ajna ("Ajna", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Ajna helps wedding and event vendors turn a sales conversation into a reviewed, branded price quote and an optional follow-up calendar invite. Quotes are drafted from the price list you provide, are shown to you before anything is sent, and are sent only after you approve them.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, or to violate the terms of any connected email or calendar provider.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
• Use the Service to infringe the rights of others or to process data you are not permitted to process.

5. Your data and content

As between you and Ajna, you own the business data you put into the Service — your price lists, quotes, client and event information, and the record Ajna builds from them. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service can connect to third-party services you authorize, such as Google Calendar and your email provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and your connection can be revoked at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Free to use

Ajna is currently free to use. We'll give you advance notice here before that changes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing every quote and message before you approve it; Ajna does not send anything without your approval, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ajna will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, the rights granted to you end; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
